LYL runs on the calendar month. Recommendation is to enrol the child for 2 months and then renew the subscription. This will help in creation of good healthy habits that can sustain.

At the end of each day, the child (with parent's supervision) will enter the details of habits tracked that day using the Wellness Atlas mobile app or using a browser. A score will be associated based on the percentage completion.

Depending on the age groups, the habits that we want our child to imbibe are pre-decided in all the areas mentioned above. Some keystone habits are constant month to month like reading while in others like routine or committed activity, the parent and child can choose a new one each month on the 1st of the month ONLY. This allows the child to work on a new habit.

There will be a leaderboard which will display the top 10 children who are smashing the habits chosen consistently. The child can also see their relative grading. Based on the score we will display a guideline for the parent also to reward the child.

Yes, the program will be run Online. The child (with the help of a parent) will have to fill the profile and select the habits and routines for a month in advance.

Each day's progress have to be updated at the End of the Day ONLY. If for any reason it is missed, then no score will be assigned for that day. Entries for previous days can't be made later. This is a part of daily discipline too.
