I am a working professional and a busy mom of two wonderful kids. Always an enthusiastic person, to learn new things in life.
Until last year, I used to think, I really don’t need to think much about my health. With the demanding work profile and the young kid to take care of, my work timings got very odd. Slowly, eating time and sleeping time were unruly. This continued until I got into the health issue of irregular periods and polyps in the uterus. This changed my entire lifestyle. Going out, staying long hours at someone’s place was out of my comfort zone. This led to episodes of depression.
That is when I got associated with the wellness quotient community, learned the art of living healthy.
Not only I came out of health issue by shredding extra 10 kgs of fat but also got back zeal in life to do more.
I found my family getting better because of my change in choices for sustainable living. This inspired me to learn more about health, body, food, overall well-being mentally and physically.
Being a wellness coach gives me an opportunity to pay it forward to our society.
Today I get great pleasure when my friends, family get better with their health and lifestyle.
