Band Of Brothers

Understanding BOB

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BOB?

BOB is a men’s only association aimed at helping us become “The Complete Man”. We believe that Success=Balance and in the absence of growth in all areas of life - Health, Wealth, Growth and Relationships - our success is lopsided and at best partial. BOB has 3 components

  1. A weekly huddle that runs online every Sunday night 9pm where we talk on topics relevant for men and share our growth and experiences in the past week

  2. An identity/habits program that aims at building our character muscle through habit streaks. The goal is to not just “do something” but “become someone”. It starts with a Mirror Assessment post which a coach starts helping you build new identities using habit streaks.

  3. Courses and Associations - where we can get into structured learning or associate with like minded people in a casual environment

Subscriptions & Pricing

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: No. BOB has no refunds. If you are not sure yet, you can try the monthly subscription and then move to annual. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Q: Why does BOB feel so difficult to understand?

A: Because BOB is not a “session” or a “program” in the traditional sense—it’s an experience. Like music or a beautiful movie, you can’t explain it fully in words. You can only invite someone to feel it for themselves.

Q: Isn’t BOB just another self-help or motivation group?

A: No. Motivation is temporary—it fades the moment life gets hard. BOB is structured for transformation, which is permanent and something you don’t want to reverse. It happens slowly, through habits, association, and live courses that hit at root causes.

Q: Why is BOB called a “Band of Brothers”?

A: Because it’s not a club, not a class, not a congregation. It’s a brotherhood—men holding each other accountable, sharing honestly without preaching, and growing together. Brotherhood means we’re in it for each other, not just ourselves .

Q: Will I have to spend a lot of time if I am on this program?
A: BOB is not another job or another big task on your already full plate. BOB is not about doing different things. It’s about doing things differently. What it does is makes you so aware of who you are and where you want to be, that the quality of your work, interactions, relationships - all of them start changing for the better

Streaks & Levels

Q: What are identities and habits?

A: Identities are what it says - my identity; who I am. We have divided The Complete Man philosophy into 4 areas and 16 sub-areas, each covered through an identity. To imbibe an identity might take us a long time but we start with a 21 day streak of one habit that helps us build that identity. We can over time take up more habits in the same identity to reinforce it.

Q: How many habits can I start with?

A: We recommend everyone to focus on one habit/identity at a time. We can do more but we can’t “become” so many new things at one time when we are trying to grow and change. As these new identities become a part of us, we can integrate them all into the new “me”

Q: What do I earn for completing streaks?

A: When you complete 4 streaks of 21 days for 4 different identities/habits, you finish Level 1 of The Complete Man. Completing 8 streaks gets you to Level 2 and so on till Level 4 which becomes one cycle of The Complete Man. You earn a certification for each level which you can feature on your LinkedIn profile as well.

Q: Why focus so much on habits and streaks instead of big, one-time goals?

A: Big goals sound exciting, but most of them fail because they’re built on motivation, not consistency. Streaks work because when you do something every day, quantity forces quality to show up. By the 5th day of a streak, you can’t fake it anymore—real change begins.

Q: What if I miss a day or fall off track?

A: That’s part of the design. Everyone falls. But more importantly, we celebrate persistence over perfection. What inspires your kids and peers is not that you never missed—it’s that you restarted every time you did. Even if you practice something for 21 days with breaks in between, the experience doesn’t get missed. The learning and realizations are still yours. Over time, you will miss lesser and lesser days as you start seeing the results in yourself

Q: What happens if I stop after a few months?

A: Nothing bad, but you’ll lose the compound effect. BOB is like fitness: one month of working out won’t change your life. Twelve months will. The longer you stay, the deeper the transformation.

Q: Why don’t you allow swapping habits midway?

A: Because transformation requires commitment. If habits were swappable, people would keep chasing novelty and never experience depth. Dropping a habit costs points on purpose—to force you to think before you commit.

Q: What is the BOB Mirror Assessment and how does it help?

A: We all have things we want to achieve and we think we know how we can reach there. Surprisingly, our wants and our needs are quite different and we have found that we keep focusing on our wants instead of doing something about what we “need” to really change. What the Mirror Assessment really does is get under your skin and bring out the real areas you are struggling with. Once you start working on those areas first, you see the most results for yourself.

Q: I will practice the habits daily, but what if I forget to mark them in the Habit Tracker?

A: Just like you will work on 16 habits/identities in the first round which will get completed in approximately 1 year, the master habit is to remember to practice the habits. And marking them daily becomes a beautiful reminder that you are progressing in your life and moving towards the person you always wanted to be.

Association

Q: What is the Association in BOB?
A: It’s the monthly gathering of members. Not just a “session,” but a chance to connect with leaders, professionals, and peers across industries. It’s like Montessori learning—different levels learning together.

Q: Can non-subscribers attend the association?
A: Everyone (subscribers as well as non-subscribers) can join the sharing session for a fee of ₹599 per session (Zoom or in-person).

Q: Are food and venue charges included?
A: Attendance is included. Meals (breakfast/lunch) are always paid separately.

Workshops

Q: What kind of Workshops does BOB have?
A: We have multiple workshops like Super Dad, Personal Finance, Automatic Habits, Reflective Leadership, Relationships, Goal Setting, Subconscious Programming, and more that are all targeted to focused topics relevant for men.

Q: Are workshop recordings available to all?
A: No. Workshops are given access for Level 3 subscribers during the course of their 1 year program
