Bhomesh Sharma is an Entrepreneur, Investor and an Author. He has spent a decade plus years in C-suite of several startups and reputed MNCs.

The lesson on giving importance to health came to Bhomesh in a hard way. Few years ago, during one of his stint as a founding member of a growing and successful startup, he found himself as a victim of sedentary lifestyle and stress related illness. Adding to this, he lost both his parents to degenerative diseases. Alarm bells were ringing and something had to be done.

He came in contact with WQ Community and there has not been moment of looking back afterwards. He fixed his health issues, set right his lifestyle and leads a happy, balanced and healthy life now.

At the moment, he regularly conducts fitness sessions for diverse group of individuals. Bhomesh is one of the leading coaches of WQ Community and also trains entrepreneurs and high profile CXOs.
Bhomesh is based out of Bangalore and lives with his family who equally advocates healthy living.
