I always believed that my struggles with health were a sign of my success. Graduating from IIT-BHU and getting a lucrative job were my excuse to be unhealthy; I believed if I could just make enough money, I could buy health. Can’t believe how wrong I was.
After years of struggling with my health issues, I reached a place of low self-esteem. My success just couldn’t make up for that and the digestive disorders, low energy levels, pre-diabetes, and 17 kilos of extra weight I was dealing weight. The day I reached out to my coach marked the day of transformation. Determined to transform my life, I started on a journey towards wellness.
Under my wellness coach’s able guidance, I took control of my own health, and within 4-5 months, lost 17 kgs with balanced of nutrition, sleep, stress management and a movement regimen. As the kilograms disappeared, my confidence soared. The most rewarding moment came when I realized I no longer needed medication to manage my health. I lost 7 inches on my waist. I was no longer afraid of diseases.
This transformation ignited a passion within me to help others achieve their health goals through small but permanent and sustainable changes. As a wellness coach, I intend on introducing the easiest way to get and stay healthier
I became a wellness coach, eager to share my knowledge and inspire others. My journey taught me that with determination and the right guidance, anyone can achieve their health and wellness goals. Many health challenges we take for granted, or start the medications for, are just a lifestyle change away. I urge you to just ask “Can you help me with this problem, I don’t want to take medications”. I know you’ll be surprised.
