my story

For me, good food is what which always makes me happy and I have always grown up in the environment where any small win was always being celebrated with sweets. Basically food was my reward and to be specific, sweets.

After spending some time in my profession, where my priority was only work, and the same tradition for rewarding myself with sweets continued. But very soon, I have realized sweets are actually not so "SWEET" in reality, because that time my father was diagnosed with diabetes which was a turning point in my life where I have seen the price he had to pay. Being a sincere govt. employee, his focus was only on his work which eventually took a toll on his health.

That was the time I decided to work on my lifestyle, specially on healthy eating and physical activity. As my sedentary lifestyle was taking toll on my health and realized it that I was at high risk of diabetes from hereditary point of view. That time I got introduced to Wellness Quotient Community which helped me to understand the importance of a healthy living. Now, not only I have developed a healthy lifestyle, but I started enjoying my fitness journey as well, which has become a passion for me.

Now as a Wellness Coach, I spread the awareness and break the myth around lifestyle diseases and helping people across to meet their health and fitness goals without going for any fad/crash diet.

Goal is to eat healthy and not less.
