my story

My name is Himanshu, and I am an IT Professional who overcame a tough health challenge with the power of holistic wellness. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid, which left me exhausted and rapidly gaining weight. This affected my personal and professional life, and I lost my passion for sports and workouts.

Fortunately, I found the WQ community and learned about the six pillars of a healthy lifestyle, which are Nutrition, Exercise, Stress, Sleep, Belongingness, and Environment. With the help of my coach, I balanced these pillars and even reversed my thyroid. In just four months, I lost 10 Kgs, my productivity at work improved, and my passion for sports and workouts returned.

My success inspired me to share my transformation with others. I became a Holistic Wellness Coach and established myself as a subject matter expert. Today, I help people achieve their long-term health goals, and it gives me the zeal to help more and more people every day.

My story is a testament to the power of a holistic lifestyle. With the right knowledge, support, and dedication, anyone can achieve good health and well-being.
