An HR professional, by background, Michele quickly saw what stress and unhealthy food habits can do to people around her. She then chose to make a quick U-turn to eating healthy and has lived like that ever since.
Balance is what best describes Michele and her approach to life.
Fitness routines were always fun for her, but coming from a family of "foodies", making healthy food choices was a much learned behavior.
Having been there and done that, Michele today, as a wellness coach, knows exactly what it takes to make changes that last a lifetime. With her, making lifestyle changes are child's play and living healthy, a joy everyday.
