my story

I had excelled in my academics to first earn a Presidents’ Gold medal during my graduation and then earn a coveted management degree from IIM, Ahmedabad. I was busy tracking a corporate career in senior management. However a personal health tragedy took me on a quest for wellness that ended with a shocking understanding of just how limited conventional medicine is.

I am not a doctor. I am a consumer who learnt that awareness is not about following fads and practises mindlessly. Real education is about taking the effort to understand natural guiding principles and developing the discipline to follow them.

I spent the last decade educating myself on how the natural intelligence built into our bodies can be tapped to develop our wellness quotient - not just the absence of disease and being drug free - but achieving the full human potential.

Today, I not only live and teach those principles; I also evangelize this cause with multiple other people who would like to partner with us to develop a “wellness community”. Its my pastime, my profession and my passion…
