my story

I am Palak, your go to person/ coach for any challenges that life throws at you be it mentally, physically or emotionally.

I understand firsthand what it's like to struggle with health and well-being. As a former flight attendant, looking fit and fabulous was part of the uniform, but weight used to be my biggest career hurdle. ✈️

We used to have monthly weight checks. The week before, I would starve myself, survive on soup, and push myself to the limit with workouts. Anything to pass that test. Looking back, it was unhealthy, unsustainable and kind of silly. ‍♀️

Then came the pandemic, a pause in the usual chaos. It was in that stillness that I found the WQ Community. They opened my eyes to true, healthy weight loss. No shortcuts, just sustainable habits. And guess what? It worked!

I lost 8 kgs of weight, and my skin started glowing like never before.

Inspired by countless success stories, I felt a calling to share this knowledge with the world. I want to help thousands and lakhs of people around the world to achieve their health goals, but not just that. I want to empower them to transform their lives.

Fast forward to today, I love connecting with people. I am not just your coach, I'm your friend. Be it consultations, follow-ups, it's all about adding value, building a foundation for lasting change. So that it can help you transform your life not only just your health.
