my story
I am a B.Tech. graduate working into IT since 13 years. Have worked in the top 10 MNC's. Started my career with coder and working into multiple software languages.
My father is a doctor and staying fit and healthy was always on top my list. So since college days I have been part of fitness industry, and it’s been more than 15 years now. My favorite workout routines are pull-ups, dips, sit-ups and dead lifts. Before I joined any professional gym, I used to do home based workouts.
Although I was active and have a daily exercise routine in my life due to software industry and its habits, I had huge stress in my job and couple of years back due to stress, I was attacked with face paralysis. It’s very hard to recover from paralysis as you have already damaged your brain nerve. So I had to do modifications in my life style.
When I analysed myself and my habits I understood that I did not follow all the pillars of healthy life style. When I got introduced to the WQ life style and after following it for few days I understood healthy life style is not only about exercise and eating right, it is also about maintaining stress and also choosing your right environment for right focus on your health.
I believe staying fit and leading a healthy life style can lead you a disease free life and also can inspire others in family to live that life too.
