my story

 I am an IIT Kharagpur Alumni, being in IT industry close to 17 years based out of Bangalore 

Being an IT guy, I had never taken much care of my Health. I was detected with elevated vitals in a full body checkup done by my employer. There were two options for me, either start taking medicine for my Health condition, or adapt to wellness. I chose the second option.

I started believing WQ Philosophy after I was able to reduce 14 KGs of weight and reversing Pre-diabetic, High Cholesterol,Triglycerides levels, improving my Gastric/Stomach Health issues.

It wasn’t a smooth journey, WQ community provided an environment that has helped me. Without support from the WQ community it is difficult to continue a wellness journey in a busy schedule.

This inspired me to the core for helping my family and tons of people on their Health Goals and concerns, exposing a wellness ecosystem by which all of us can live a Healthy disease free life. Helping people to build a few good Habits (specially IT people) to improve Health conditions both for Mental and Physical wellness.

I am passionate about entrepreneurship, adding value to people’s lives & working on their Wellness to help people lead a Healthy fulfilling life !! After all, "Together, it is easier".
