my story
Very early in my life I had witnessed a major personal family tragedy owing to the loss of my father to cancer. So, unlike most people in IT industry, I was always looking for more ways to become well and stay well.
I had my own failures along the way, being overweight after my pregnancy was one of them. Post-pregnancy, I started taking fitness seriously once again. An early morning work-out is something I started to begin my day with & choosing healthy food consciously made me enjoy my cheat meals guilt free :)
As the journey continued, I merged my passion for dance with “fun in wellness” by becoming an instructor in "Strong By Zumba". It has helped me in taking my fitness journey up by another level.
Over the years, staying fit and healthy has not only become a major mantra of my life, I am also enjoying the process of helping lot of people in achieving their Health & Fitness goals.
According to me choosing health should not be an option, it should be our priority!!
