Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to make a difference in the world. However, I wasn't quite sure what that meant for me. After completing my bachelor's degree in technology, I landed an IT job with a 9-5 schedule. Initially it was exciting but after 4 years of corporate exposure, I felt that I need to expand my skillset. Despite pursuing an MBA from a prestigious college in India and receiving wage increases, I still couldn’t find my actual purpose.
As time went on, I noticed that I was putting on weight and becoming less efficient at work. I tried everything to lose weight, but nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until my best friend introduced me to WQ community. With my friend's guidance, I started incorporating healthy habits into my daily routine, and soon enough, I began to finally lose weight and feel better overall.
My health transformation gave me confidence to also start working on health of my father who was suffering from diabetes, obesity, and hypertension issues from last 25 years. He got amazing results too. This experience sparked a newfound passion in me, and that is when I began to learn from the WQ community about the natural healing principles of the body in depth. With the help of my coaches, a lot of reading, a lot of practice, I began to help more of my family members and other people around me to recover from their lifestyle challenges.
Slowly and steadily, I started to understand what it really means to make a difference in the world, and that is one of the most satisfying feelings for me.
