my story

I’m Rohini, a pharmacist from Bangalore, mom to a 12-year-old, and have been successfully running my own pharmacy for the past 17 years while managing home and family life. Despite my professional background, I struggled silently with health issues for over a decade—acidity, migraines, and a weight gain that no diet plan or Google search could fix.

After trying various diets and expert advice without lasting results, I connected with the Wellness Quotient (WQ) community. With the guidance of my coaches, I transformed my lifestyle, shedding 11 kgs and, most importantly, completely freeing myself from 11 years of medication. I began to experience true health—physically and mentally.

This journey not only empowered me but also inspired me to become a wellness coach myself. Today, I help women like me take charge of their health with a practical and sustainable approach. My greatest joy is seeing my clients regain their energy, confidence, and balance.

Even my child is now part of WQ’s LYL (League of Young Leaders) program, building strong habits early. This holistic change has helped me manage my roles as a mom, business owner, and wellness coach with ease and purpose.
