Born in a typical South Indian orthodox family, my zeal to succeed helped me grow in my career as a finance professional, in one of the best software MNCs.

Fast paced career growth demanded it's price: placing my health down my priority list. Irregular eating habits and easy access to junk food led to major weight gain.

My multiple attempts to get a better control of my health saw me lose weight, only to gain a little more than where I had started, everytime!

I realised that I had to learn about the fundamentals of health, if I wanted lasting and healthier solutions in the long term.

After all these years of guided learning, i feel fortunate to be able to lead a healthy family, make healthy choices for my entire family and guide a lot of people to make positive changes to their lifestyle.

When there is a way to prevent rather than to cure, when you can lead a life without restrictions, you start making the obvious choices.
