my story

I work in IT but having gone through rigors of getting my karate black-belt, fitness and health have been a cornerstone on my mind.

When I realized my dream of an IIT education and entered corporate industry, it was only a matter of time I noticed how expanding job hours, sedentary work habits could set off a chain reaction of multiple lifestyle problems. My brother is a doctor and have only seen people going to him after the effects of lifestyle problems created a disease and hardly ever to prevent it.

Thankfully came across the wellness quotient community through a friend of mine which exposed me to a whole network of individuals who had amazing wellness victories. Through my learnings, I could really help my family lead a healthier life through a holistic approach while also helping address many individuals along the way as well.

I felt elated with my personal experience and my wellness ideas were becoming, by now, my ideals! I wish to continue the mission of gifting health back to people and building healthier communities!
