As an MBA in HR, I have worked in IT industry for 12+yrs. My job demanded long hours of standing & caused irregular meal timing. This resulted in consistent severe lower back pain, leg pain & added more weight to my already overweight body.
Since Childhood I was in obese category, never a slim girl. It was my dream to look beautiful, be slim & wear beautiful dresses. Going for shopping was always a disheartening experience as I used to not fit into most dresses that I liked. I tried many healthy & unhealthy ways to lose my weight, but never could succeed.
As a women I had my share of losing weight before marriage, before pregnancy but I gained it all respectively. I was following many healthy habits already but I was not sure what I was going wrong that the weight was coming back.
Couple of years ago I was introduced to a wellness coach from WQ community & started making sustainable lifestyle changes in a holistic approach which gave me sustainable weight loss helping me loose 19kgs post pregnancy which helped me get rid of my back pain. Holistic approach gave me confidence about sustainable results, which I was always looking for & I developed passion towards healthy living.
I got trained, mentored and certified as a Nutrition & Wellness advisor. I have been helping people scientifically achieve a disease free life by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Helping people is indeed the greatest joy. Today, I feel immensely satisfied in helping my clients & adding value to their life.. It’s not just within India but practically anywhere in the world I am able to add value to people to lead a Healthy Lifestyle.
