My Story
By profession, I am MBA in production management and having 3 years’ experience in Automobile industry. After marriage, I travelled to onsite UK with my husband when I started facing severe back pain (disc degenerative disease) issue. I had tried most of the options in the market for more than 2.5 years.
I got to know about the WQ community through my husband’s friend. Under the guidance of coaches from the community, I learnt about the holistic approach and how lifestyle changes, balanced diet, nutrition, sleep quality and stress management plays an important role in addressing lifestyle concern. I got tremendous results within 6 months under the guidance of wellness coaches from community, which built the faith for me.
I started learning more about healthy lifestyle, health basics and nutrition. I got qualified to work with Wellness Quotient community and really found it a better carrier option and flexibility to help people addressing their lifestyle concerns along with looking after my son and family. I have been helping number of clients with weight loss, weight gain and addressing lifestyle concerns like back pain, Thyroid, diabetes, PCOS/PCOD, immunity, digestive health, skin health and hair health.
I consult my clients personally and prepare a customized plan that primarily includes regional foods, nutritional guidance, exercise, meditation and lifestyle changes after assessing current lifestyle/habits.
