my story

As a homemaker, my life was going good with my regular Activities. At the same time, I was also looking to do something purposeful in my free time.

At the same time, I started noticing that my family's health was deteriorating slowly. As my husband's career graph was going up, his health graph started coming down due to high stress, lack of exercise and irregular food habits. I also had immunity challenges. This created lot of restlessness in the family.

I started looking for a better way to improve my family health. At that point of time, I got introduced to a wellness community through one of our mutual friend. Becoming a part of the wellness community, started impacting our family's health & wellness in a positive way. We are now a healthy & happy family.

Being benefitted personally, I found my purpose in my life. Now I enjoy guiding others to have optimal health and wellness.
