my story
I am a dreamer since childhood and always wanted to do something BIG in life…make an impact on the people around me. Coming from the small town of Kolar, I didn't have any exposure and knew no options of how to make my dream of something “big” come true.
I was very sure and focussed about not wasting time in TV or roaming around aimlessly, so common in my hometown. I was clear in my mind to put all my energy into doing something productive.
Finally I ended up with an M.Com, M.Phil & an MBA degree and started working as a Lecturer. My work put me on a good career path but alongside came an “occupational health challenge” with continuous hours of standing in an attempt to do justice to my job.
Although I was a “master” in academic degrees, but I started feeling like a “failure “ with respect to my own health. I decided to make health a priority and started working on it around all the key pillars....food, physical activity, sleep, stress, environment and a community to belong to.
I started adopting and implementing the required lifestyle changes. My transformation was not only felt by me but became noticeable to others. It’s only natural and comfortable to handhold someone on the same road that we travel everyday! That’s exactly what I do, day in and day out!
I finally got my medium to create an “Impact” that I so badly wanted to do in my life. The biggest joy and satisfaction for me is the peaceful sleep which I get after reading the tons of “Thank You" messages everyday from people whom I am helping live healthier lives!
I am glad I am living my dreams now!!
