my story

I have a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and I have been working as an Asst. Professor at an Engineering college for 9+ years.

With the busy schedule at college, I had irregular meal timings, not watchful of what I was eating, and no regular exercise. As time passed by, I had developed severe digestive issues, and I was not satisfied with the treatment I was getting from doctors - a reactive approach and not a long term solution. I was looking for more of a permanent solution that could help me build healthy lifestyle.

I started putting my time in understanding about how to have great health and get rid of lifestyle challenges. I became watchful of what I was eating and doing workouts on a daily basis became my passion.

As I did that, I also started observing people around me. I saw people with increased stress levels, poor eating habits, inclination towards fast food, sedentary life style. I could see these factors clearly leading to diseases like diabetes, heart problems, cancer, and many other lifestyle problems, across all age groups. Developing healthy habits needs discipline and guidance to continue them for a longer time.

Having been in a "teaching" profession for a long-time, my teaching experience inspired me to coach and guide people around me on the Do's and Dont's of a healthy lifestyle. I am now able to influence not only my family to make healthy choices but also help many families around me live healthy lives. And today I feel proud and happy to get a thank you note from a friend or an acquaintance, whose health has benefited because of my recommendations.
