my story

I have been working as IT Project Release manager for last 15+ years in an MNC. Being an IT professional, I initially enjoyed my life, however long working hours and unhealthy eating pattern took a toll on my health. Before I realised, I got overweight and developed gestational diabetes during my Pregnancy.

Of course, making diet changes and doing exercise helped me shed few kgs, but very soon I got all the weight back again.

The reason for my weight gain was increased stress level (Both IT industry work pressure and two small children).

 Stress was the biggest reason to gain the weight back and my energy level was constantly depleting. The fear of getting type 2 diabetes was increasing day by day.

This was the time I got introduced to a coach from WQ community, who helped me understand the importance of holistic approach. My coach helped me to understand that stress will always be there, I just need to learn how to manage it better.

 As I started making lifestyle changes, I observed that my weight started reducing organically. I feel happy and excited to be 14+ kg lighter.

My sustainable weight loss journey inspired me to pursue the fitness field of wellness and help many people with their health challenges.

I started reading many books related to wellness and got myself certified as a Nutrition & Wellness advisor. It gives me immense pleasure to help many people across the globe to lead a healthier life with a holistic approach.

Now my Family is hit as I am FIT!!
