my story

My dad is a practicing tuberculosis and chest specialist. Though as a doctor he helped others but I found him so helpless with his own health when I used to see him take insulin everyday. This scenario left a long-lasting impact on my mind - I decided to take my health seriously because I knew there was a chance that diabetes could be passed on to me as an “unwanted gift of genes". I didn't want to go down the same path as my father for sure.

I have built a healthy life for myself and my family around the six pillars.. Food, Sleep, Exercise and Stress, the environment and belonging to a community that matters to me. Balance in all these pillars is my key - we can't ignore one and become better in another.

My greatest satisfaction comes when along with my family's health, I am able to help others to have great health with the same six pillars that created magic in my life.

It gives me immense joy and inner peace to live on the other side, where HEALTH is the only choice!!
