As a former top 15 National athlete in India, I understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

After my athletic career, working for an MNC, I found a passion in sports and wellness through the Wellness Quotient (WQ) community.

This passion was strengthened when my mother was diagnosed with diabetes, but with guidance from my coach and mentor in the WQ community, she was able to achieve a healthy HbA1C and be free from her diabetes.

The COVID-19 pandemic taught me the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness, as I was able to support my parents both mentally and nutritionally from miles away.

The positive impact on my parents' health encouraged others in my family to seek my help with their own health concerns, leading to a chain of positive results.

The WQ community provides a personal support system to make healthy choices every day.

I am determined to spread the impact of a healthy lifestyle to people all over the world. Together, we are making a difference one step at a time.
