my story
I did my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and currently working in IT industry.
I used to work for my body on just one specific pillar of wellness that is physical fitness but I never cared about Eating habits, timings etc.
When I stepped into the IT domain, my lifestyle went for a toss. Later night binging, parties, ad-hoc sleeping time made me gain more body fat.
So I started putting time in learning and understanding how all the pillars of wellness are linked to each other and every pillar plays an important role in living a healthier lifestyle.
While I was working on overall well-being, I was also observing people around me and their lifestyle. There was lot of stress, bad eating habits, less physical activity, and a sedentary lifestyle.
So, I took a strong decision to help people, inspire and guide them in following a right and healthy lifestyle. Now I am able to help and influence lot of people not only to make healthy choice but also contributing in making their health good. Today it gives me immense pleasure when I get lot of appreciation and thank you notes from people whom I have helped in transforming their health.
