Eat and get thin!
Ajay was apprehensive that he could lose weight and sustain it.
Reason: he had lost 20 kg in college with crash diets, only to realise that he eventually gained it all back!
With a family history of diabetes, he was determined not to let his weight lead him to diabetes.
So when he finally approached a WQ coach, he started out hoping for the best.
Though Ajay reduced from 94 kg to 78 kg, he loves the fact that he didn't have to get on a strict diet. He could actually enjoy regular home food.
His triglycerides have reduced from 240 to 80 and he's lost his belly.
The best part is, that his wife too naturally lost 4 to 5 kg through the lifestyle changes they made as a family.
Ajay looks forward to going back to work having conquered his weight and having good health on his side!
