Ankit, being a young software engineer and a food lover, used to have junk food at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Add long working hours and a sedentary lifestyle to that, putting on weight became a natural outcome!

Not only that, but his productivity also decreased and he started feeling lethargic all the time.

Finally, he decided to focus on his health and started with diet control, gym and other things. But due to a lack of guidance and knowledge, he used to go off-track soon.

Around that time, he got introduced to a WQ coach.

"While working with my coach, I realised the importance of a balanced diet, right nutrition and made sustainable lifestyle changes", recalls Ankit.

Not only could he lose 16 kg, but he also finds himself super energetic these days!
