The lockdown impact
WQ_ImageTestimonials_KapilKulkarni.png

Manufacturing industry with projects and travel, doesn’t that sound exciting?

But 16 years into it, Kapil Kulkarni of Navi Mumbai adds that obesity, high cholesterol levels and pangs of separation from family came as freebies.

With too many things to rectify, he stood clueless. Though earnest in intent, Kapil found that his tight work schedule did not allow any breathing time to look for help.

When Wellness Quotient came into his life, he knew he had found a savior. Lockdown came along like a blessing in disguise.

Taking advantage of the time at hand, Kapil plunged head long to work his way to good health. His wellness coach guided him to a fitness regime that soon became his habit.

His healthy and new lifestyle helped him lose 11 kilos and get his cholesterol figures right. Along the way, he also got vital parameters in place.

He lost inches around the key parts that made his body age move from 65 to 56, body fat went down from 36.1 to 28, visceral fat from 22.2 to 16.5 and nothing could stop him from looking younger, smarter and energetic.

So, the lockdown did have some positive impact and Kapil Kulkarni is an example. “I cannot thank WQ enough for adding life to my life” says a smiling Kapil.

A pain free body is a playful body
WQ_ImageTestimonials_NitinDarkunde.png

Absence of illness is not wellness” says Nitin.

He thought his health was all set owing to his very active lifestyle since childhood which involved athletics, sports and yoga. Then his career in IT came along.

Sedentary lifestyle started stinging him and within no time he went overweight. Along with being overweight came uninvited guests like migraine, back & neck pain and high acidity. A bright summer that would cheer up many would soon become a pain for Nitin as it caused severe migraine attacks.

Nitin soon wanted to take charge of his health and like many of us, set new year resolutions. But he was not able to be consistent with it.

If it was lack of energy one time, it was cold mornings at other time. If it was prickly sunlight once, it was lack of motivation sometime else. Through all this, he kept on gaining weight and had reached 83 kg. Nothing seem to be helping the situation.

During these desperate times is when Nitin came in touch with a coach at Wellness Quotient. His health and lifestyle was carefully assessed and holistic solution involving focus on key pillars of health was provided. “The interaction with the health coach was a breath of fresh air”, recalls Nitin.

But it was just a plan. A plan needs an action . This is where full credit goes to Nitin.

Even if the going was tough initially due to long working hours, he did not give up and followed the plan to the T. Thanking his health coach Nitin gleefully says, ”During this tough phase, my coach really motivated me and as a result I lost 4 kgs in first month”.

That gave him a new hope and belief! Now after losing 17 kgs in 6 months and his BMI coming down from 29.5 to 24.5, not only does he feel lighter, but he also finds drastic improvement in back pain, acidity, migraine and overall energy levels.

“Summers are bright again for me", quips Nitin as he carries his cricket gear out without the worry of migraine effects.

Climbing corporate ladder and good health - can I choose both?
WQ_ImageTestimonials_AkashGupta.png

Akash Gupta has been working in the IT industry for close to 20 years now!

Long hours of sitting, back to back calls, working lunches, hardly any workout - all these have taken obvious toll on his health. "It was like I was climbing the corporate ladder, but stress was also increasing day by day!", remembers Akash.

Akash belongs to a family of doctors and was not unfamiliar to long term effects of bad health.

The leg pain which used to nag him constantly, discomfort of bloating or the steady increase of his belly size - he knew he had to change his lifestyle. But the key question was where to start!

Having tried many things in the past and not being able to sustain, when Akash heard about Wellness Quotient he was sceptical at first. But he decided to give it a try.

Gradually, as his leg pain reduced, he became more sincere about following his exercise regime and dieraty changes that his coach had recommended. He moved from 86 kgs to 75 kgs and with that, his bloating and belly fat vanished eventually.

"Thank you WQ community for providing a guided platform and constant encouragement to inculcate healthy habits", says a happy Akash. "I'm super thrilled to take every day with full enthusiasm and excitement today!"

Never realised when I entered into the "overweight club"!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_VijayKarthik.png

Software engineer. Food connoisseur. Biriyani lover. Restaurant hopper. What comes next, one might ask?

"Belly fat!", says Vijay instantly.

Vijay Karthik - a software consultant from Hyderabad - was so busy eating out and reviewing restaurants that he didn't even realise when he entered into the “overweight club”!

It was clear to him that this couldn't continue for long. Vijay was sitting on a timebomb of lifestyle disorders. But then the obvious question was, what could he do?

It was around this time that he got introduced to Wellness Quotient and started engaging with a wellness coach. "Under his guidance, I was able to correct the six key factors related to my lifestyle", recalls Vijay.

Results started showing up. From 81 kilos to 73 kilos in 70 days was an achievement for him!

"I feel very happy and confident", he says. Not only has his belly fat reduced, Vijay has also become a fitness guru now! His newly found passion is to help people who are struggling the same way as he was till sometime back.

From pot belly to flat belly
WQ_ImageTestimonials_PradeepYanjane.png

A sedentary lifestyle, tendency to overeat and lack of regular physical activity leads to slow and steady weight gain.

This story resonates with most people having desk jobs.

And so it did with Pradeep Yanjane - who works in a senior position in analytical research division of one of India's leading pharma companies based out of Gujarat.

Initially, he never thought much about his weight. But having witnessed four colleagues undergo cardiac arrests without any prior history was a wake-up call.

"I realised that I ran the same risk being in the same age bracket and sharing similar lifestyles", says Pradeep.

At 45, he knew that time wasn't on his side. With a family history of diabetes and hypertension and having closely studied the side effects of long term medication, he knew it was time he took it seriously.

The objective was clear. From pot belly to flat belly.

But Pradeep is not someone who can starve or go on excessive dieting. Or spend long hours in the gym! Was weight loss a distant dream?

"I realised my fears were unfounded when I got introduced to the Wellness Quotient community", recalls Pradeep. It was exciting for him to be in the company of people who value health and not put it on the back burner!

After spending three months with this community, Pradeep is where he wanted to be. Flat belly, ideal visceral fat, waist from 36 to 34 and metabolic age lower than his biological age.

Pradeep feels energetic now. His office is on the 5th floor and he says with pride, "I reach my office faster by stairs than my colleagues using elevators." Obviously, everyone these days compliments him on his stamina.

When asked about his opinion on being overweight as one of the main reasons for so many lifestyle diseases, Pradeep says "Being 18 years into the pharma industry, I can tell you medicines demand a huge price in the long run. Prevention is always better than cure!"

I'm overweight. So what? Everyone else is too!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_SachinSingh.png

For most of us, being overweight and having a sedentary lifestyle is considered "normal".

Why? Simply because most people around us are overweight too!

Let’s meet Sachin Singh - a software engineer based out of Chandigarh - to find out why one shouldn't ignore being overweight.

As most software engineers do, he was workaholic and had a sedentary lifestyle. He would sit in the same place and work continuously for 10 to 12 hours everyday.

Eventually, he had put on extra 10 kilos. Though this wasn’t healthy by any standards, he didn't bother much.

But when his back pain was diagnosed as slip disc, he as well as everyone around him were alarmed. Doctors advised him to avoid sitting for long duration or running. He was even asked to walk slowly!

When he would take medication, there was some relief. But as soon as he would stop, the problem would recur. One doctor even suggested surgery.

Sachin badly wanted a permanent and non-invasive fix to his problem, but couldn’t find an appropriate option.

Around that time, he heard about Wellness Quotient from a friend. At the beginning, he wasn't very enthusiastic to start a new treatment. But for lack of other options available, he decide to give it a shot.

After strictly following diet and workout regime for few weeks, he could see significant improvement in his condition. "My energy levels were back to normal and my back pain had considerably reduced in about a month's time!", says Sachin.

He also reduced 10 kilos in a few months and now feels great both physically and mentally.

Sachin is happy today and says "I'm grateful to Wellness Quotient for helping me to get back to a normal life again."

Healthy lifestyle or lifestyle disease? It's a choice.
WQ_ImageTestimonials_RamkumarA.png

Imagine this. Someone who has never been fat or obese. Who always eats home cooked food. Never indulges into snacks or processed food.

Do you think this individual can develop lifestyle diseases? Most of us would be shocked if the answer is yes!

And so was Ramkumar - an IT guy turned entrepreneur from Bangalore - after his health checkup in December of 2018.

His fasting sugar was 235, post prandial sugar was 316 and his HbA1c was 10.8. As if that wasn't enough, his liver tests were off the charts - 3 times the normal range!

The reason? The usual culprits - sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits and hereditary issues.

Doctors suggested him to get started with insulin. He wasn't comfortable with that, so settled for a high dosage of oral medication instead. But the fatty liver was bothering him. He was looking for a more fundamental solution.

"At that point of time, I was blessed to come across Wellness Quotient and got connected to a wellness coach", he says. Apart from other changes, Ramkumar was suggested to adopt zero oil cooking as part of his lifestyle.

"With in three months, my HbA1c dropped to 6.1 and now it's 5.6. On top of that, my liver parameters are normal", says a relieved Ramkumar.

After losing 19 kilos, he is at 72 kilos now.

Today he says, "I'm completely out of my diabetic medication. And I'm able to maintain normal sugar levels without medication."

Is your body ageing faster than you are?

WQ_ImageTestimonials_DrPadmakar_2.PNG

You work from morning 9 to evening 6. You enjoy with family on weekends. You depend more on fast food than nutritious food. You want to exercise, but somehow it just doesn't happen.

Slowly, few kilos start appearing around the belly. And before you realise, you start looking older than your real age!

Sounds familiar?

Well, this may be Dr. Padmakar's story but surely sounds like their own to so many others.

A PhD and having worked in pharma sector for the last 5 years, Dr. Padmakar was not new to weight loss attempts. He would follow weight loss regime for a week and then next week something would come in between.

He finally decided to do something about it during the COVID-19 pandemic. Being able to work from home gave him the opportunity to focus on his health.

"I'd like to thank WQ Community, as it played a crucial role in my weight loss journey," says Dr. Padmakar. Being in the association of wellness minded people helped him stay focussed and consistent this time. He received guidance on diet, exercise and other health parameters.

In 3 months, not only did he lose weight, he also reversed his body age. In March of 2020, his body age was 46 years and in June of 2020, it had reduced to 34 years. His biological age is 38 years!

Pretty cool, isn't it?

Gift yourself a new you!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_AnanditaJaiswal.png

Motherhood brings so many unexplained joys, but also an unavoidable weight gain.

Yes, post pregnancy weight loss is usually difficult to deal with!

And so was true for Anandita Jaiswal too - a young and new mom from Bangalore.

After pregnancy, her life had completely changed. Obviously her baby was her topmost priority. But somewhere at the back of her mind, that newly gained weight was bothering her.

A few months after delivering a beautiful baby boy, she couldn't tug her old jeans up her hips. That's when she decided she has to take this seriously.

She started with 1 hour of walks every day. Along with that, she also made some changes to move towards a healthy diet - low carb, nutritious protein and fiber rich food along with necessary supplementation. Slowly, she started seeing results as fat loss and muscle toning started.

Anandita is a foodie and has a sweet tooth - classic deterrents to weight loss! But being part of the Wellness Quotient community helped her stay on track. Seeing so many people striving for their wellness provided her with the necessary enouragement.

We asked Anandita how is her life after weight loss? "Awesome," she says. "I feel very energetic and young. Weight loss not only helped me with a great body but also changed my overall perception toward a healthy lifestyle."

After a transformation from 80 kilos to 62 kilos, Anandita is very excited. She says, "It has increased my confidence level as I was loaded with compliments from family members, friends and colleagues. I was able to reversed my age by almost 7 to 8 years".

We hear these days that people who used to make fun of her in the past are now approaching her for health advice!

From half marathon to full marathon ... with 90 kilos in between!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_GowthamRamachandra.png

If one runs a half marathon, what should the natural next step be?

Run a full marathon, of course!

But, it wasn't so for Gowtham.

He ran half marathon in 2015 and had planned a full marathon next year. But a successful IT career and the "friends" it brings along - long working hours, erratic eating habits, inadequate rest and high stress - came in the way!

Gowtham had made multiple unsuccessful attempts in the past to lose weight. Gym, morning jogs, skipping meals and what not. But some didn't yield results, while others weren't sustainable.

At 90 kilos and in his mid thirties, Gowtham was 15 kilos overweight and worried.

At this time, he got introduced to Wellness Quotient. "I understood that diet did not mean skipping meals but it meant replacing the high carb and fat items with nutritious alternatives," he says.

He started making some changes to his diet and adopted necessary supplementation. In first 15 days, he lost 2 to 3 kilos. By end of 2 months, he had lost 6 kilos. That gave him the boost to continue on this path.

"It was very difficult for a foodie like me, but being part of a community of like-minded people who are in the pursuit of better health helped," recalls Gowtham.

In October of 2019, Gowtham finally ran a full marathon. Obviously, it was no where near record time, but now he believes he can do it next time within 4 hours.

At an ideal weight of 74 kilos, Gowtham is delighted with his new-found sense of wellness. He gratefully says, "Big thanks to the Wellness Quotient community for guiding me all through in the entire process of losing weight in an organic and healthy fashion."

Post pregnancy weight loss - everyone desires, few achieve!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_VidyaVenkat.png

Everyone talks about the joyful experience of going through pregnancy and expectation of welcoming little one in your life. But what is seldom spoken about is post partum weight gain and how it affects the new mother!

Vidya was no different!

She had earlier lost weight and was confident that she can do it again after pregnancy. But this time around, the same formula didn't work out.

To her surprise, instead of losing weight, she started having hairfall and acne issues. Her visceral fat had shot from 5 to 14 during pregnancy.

At 68 kilos and with so many changes happening to her body, she was losing both her mind and her confidence!

It was sometime in May of 2019 that she came in touch with a coach from Wellness Quotient. "I became aware of how to create healthy habits", Vidya says.

According to her, the weekly challenges her coach used to provide or the community workout sessions that she was invited to, were very helpful in her weight loss journey. Things picked up momentum and results started showing up!

By January of 2020, Vidya had reached to 55 kilos. "And the best part is, I have been to my hometown, attended marriages, lived in lockdown with my family but my weight is still 55 kgs. Skin is absolutely clear of acne and hair fall is a history", she tells with a sense of pride.

Vidya feels really grateful towards Wellness Quotient community and its coaches for their patience, care and attention. At the end, all she has to say is "I look and feel great now!"

From fat to fit ... as a family!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_JhaFamily.png

Does being a medical professional give you free pass to good health? Asnwer is, no.

Jha family's weight loss story reaffirms the same.

Dr Bineet, surgeon and Dr Kshama, pediatrician are accomplished doctors with a busy practice. They were so busy in fixing others' health that they never realised when they started slipped off their own.

February of 2020 was a wake up call for the entire family. Dr Bineet, his wife and son were at 114 kg, 80 kg and 104 kg respectively! They knew it's time to put an end to this .. for good.

"It's not that we never tried before", Dr Bineet says looking back. "There have been unsustained attempts many times in the past." Everytime they lost some, they gained it back and usually more than what they started with.

Around that time, they started keenly observing Dr Prashant's weight loss journey with Wellness Quotient. What caught their attention was that - unlike the Jhas' - he never gained it back! They instantly knew this was a different deal which they had to understand better.

What Dr Bineet and family realised was this - they have been focussing on only one pillar of health. Aggresive workout. With proper guidance and hand holding from Wellness Quotient, they embarked on a holistic program and made many fundamental lifestyle changes.

Big foodies, low physical activity, late night eating, eating out, sleeping soon after a sumptuous meal and more. Boy, they had lot of fixing to do! But was it worth it?

Today, after 3 months - Dr Bineet, Dr Kshama and their son have lost 21 kg, 9 kg and 10 kg respectively. A total of 40 kg as a family!

He gladly says, "We feel blessed to be associated with Wellness Quotient. Because of it, we have truly transformed into healthy individuals!".

WQ_ImageTestimonials_KanishkaMore.PNG

What's more difficult than losing weight?

"Keeping it that way", says Kanishka.

She was not new to weight loss. But her journey can only be described as "one step forward, two steps back". Everytime she lost 2 to 3 kgs, she would regain it in no time!

"Crash diets, GM diet, yoga - I've done it all", she says. Since these diets would severely affect her energy levels, the moment she stopped she would start eating with both hands.

She knew deep down that there has to be a healthy and sustainable way of losing weight. It was around that time she met someone who had benefitted from Wellness Quotient community's weight management programme.

After seeing it's long lasting results, Kanishka was really excited and decided to get onboard. Over the next 5 months, she was able to shed 8 kilos. The interesting part is that her muscle mass had increased and she reduced her body fat - a fundamental tenet of healthy weight loss.

She beams with joy as she says, "I feel more energetic, active and younger looking.". The icing on the cake was when her colleagues told her that Kanishka and her daughter look more like sisters!

Being stable at this weight is a real victory for her. Equipped with so much practical knowledge on how to lose weight, Kanishka is now on a mission to make her entire family and friends look fitter and younger.

Are you someone who needs to lose weight? But also knows nothing can happen due to your lazy lifestyle?

Well, Rohini's story can give you hope for sure!

Rohini was not someone who ever felt the need to lose weight. But she started putting on weight after her marriage. At 64 kilos in January of 2020, she knew it's high time she starts doing something about it.

She decided to take help. A closer look into her lifestyle revealed that the key components of wellness - diet, exercise, stress and sleep - were completely out of order. For example, she can't believe herself now when she says, "I was consuming 6 litres of oil every month!"

With right guidance, she started making the necessary changes. Her oil consupmtion came down to 1 litre per month. Over the next 5 months, she was down to her ideal weight of 52 kilos.

Rohini always wanted to wear medium sized clothes. "Because of the changes I did and the help I took, this dream could come true for me," she says happily!

Today, all medium sized clothes from her college days are back in her wardrobe.

Weight loss can be a reality for ... well anybody!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_PriyaAnanthakrishnan.png

Can you reduce your weight even if you are in your mid forties?
"Yes, you can", says Priya Ananthakrishnan confidently.

Leading a very active life during growing up, weight has never been an issue for Priya. But things changed after marriage and childbirth! Before she could realise, she has started "emotional eating" due to work related stress and sedentary lifestyle.

Soon, she went from fat to obese to extreme obese. Long working hours and impulsive eating were not helping in any way. Shortly after, natural consequences of obesity - high blood pressure, severe asthma and hip pain - started to follow.

Priya had realised she was heading in the wrong direction. But the question was, could she lose weight in her mid-forties?

She says this with a sense of gratitude, "That's when I met my wellness coach from the Wellness Community. God bless them." She got introduced to the world of healthy eating, exercise and was able to control her emotional eating!

Today, after losing 18 kilos and 10 inches from her waist, she is a different Priya. She exercises for an hour daily and has significant control on her food cravings. She is brimming with excitement and pride when she says, "I'm fitting into my favourite dresses which I used to wear 17 years back!".

Having reduced from 99 kilos to 81 kilos, she confidently says, "I'll lose another 20 kilos in next 6 months. I'm only midway in my weight loss journey."

Health and career can co-exist
WQ_ImageTestimonials_AmarPrusty.png

"Honestly, I just cannot resist the temptation of good food. Can you imagine I can still eat 20 rasgullas at a time?", admits Amar Prusty, a techie from Bangalore.

Inspite of being a foodie since childhood, weight was never a problem since he was into active sports. But things changed once he started working in the IT industry.

Working for 18 years in senior position, home office, sumptuous 5-star hotel food during technology conferences had become obvious culprits. The regular cycling was not able to compensate for the extra inches anymore! Add to that the family history of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, Amar was living in constant fear of what's coming towards him. But perhaps not enough to jolt him into action.

Elevated triglyceride levels in his last health checkup was a wake up call. He knew he has to lose the extra weight and get fit. That's when he decided to listen to his wife - Bhagyalaxmi Sahoo - who is also a wellness coach with Wellness Quotient.

Due to the holistic approach - stress, nutrition and rest along with diet and exercise - he could achieve a healthy weight loss and continues to have a very active lifestyle and a demanding technology expert job!

Now after losing 11 kilos in 2 months (from 90 kgs to 79 kgs), he feels his age has actually reversed from 42 to 24! He is brimming with excitement as he says, "Now I really have an agile mind in an agile body."

Where there is a will, there is a way!
WQ_ImageTestimonials_VamsiKiran.png

Have you ever wondered how did you put on those extra kilos? Well, you know the answer - a little bit every day!

And all of a sudden, one day you realise that it's not little bit anymore! One day, your colleague says "You are putting on weight". Your friend pokes at you and says, "You are getting fatter day by day". It is embarassing and you don't like it.

That's exactly where Vamsi Kiran - a software engineer who works in Bangalore - was. He was concerned since he had a family history of diabetes and having lower energy levels really limited him from doing all he wanted to achieve in a day.

Realizing that he has to do something about it, he got in touch with one of the coaches from Wellness Quotient community and decided to start on his weight loss journey.

With starting weight of 83 kgs and battling with a severe lung infection in between, he is now at his ideal weight at 69 kgs. Proper diet, exercise, bridging my nutrition gaps, good sleep and of course motivation from the Wellness Quotient community is what he attributes success of his journey for the past few months.

From 38 inches to 34 inches now, Vamsi says with pride and excitement, "Some of my old trousers are too BIG for me now!"

Comeback is always stronger than the setback!

"Tough situations don't last. Tough people do"

This quote defines the inspiring recovery of Gourav Pradhan, who made a comeback from an injury, to pursue his passion in football.

Looking for Gourav?

Check the football field, and you'll definitely find him there. Growing up, Gourav had a passion for football. Imagine how his heart sank, when a ligament (ACL) tear threatened to take away his love forever? One major surgery was followed by months of painful physiotherapy sessions. Months of inactivity saw his weight steadily rise to 90. That's when he felt, something had to change.

Thinking activity was the answer, he chose cycling. While it did help in building strength, it didn't do anything for his weight. That's when he got in touch with Wellness Quotient Community.

Working with WQ a coach he made simple but effective changes in 4 different aspects of his life.. and the kgs began to drop. 6 months later, and 14kgs lighter, he's moved from being obese to fit, and is using this lockdown as an opportunity to establish a healthy and active lifestyle as part of his "new normal" routine.

Everyone talks about the joyful experience of going through pregnancy and expectation of welcoming little one in your life. But what is seldom spoken about is post partum weight gain and how it affects the new mother!

Rimi was no different! Having put on extra 20 kilos, on one side she was enjoying motherhood but was also stressed with all the extra weight. Suddenly, her wardrobe had changed to all plus size clothes and it was killing her from inside.

Choosing right and healthy food was never an issue with Rimi, but now she realised the other pillars of wellness that she was compromising, namely, stress, sleep, nutrition and workout. With guidance from her coach, she fixed the areas that needed attention and the results are for everyone to see!

Having lost 20 kilos now, Rimi smiles when she says, "Today my weight is much lesser than my pre-pregnancy weight!". She has not only gained back her stamina and strength but her confidence too. "Who could have ever thought that I could do wall planks and hand stands one day," she says.

Flying like I was 18 again!!

Hello, I am Tamalika Paul. I am ecstatic to ring in 2020 with a healthier and lighter version of me. Well, 11kgs lighter to be precise.

I am the mother of an eight year old. My pre delivery weight was 80kgs. Before that, during my master degree, I reached 72kgs. So carrying extra weight was not new for me. Post delivery I could bring down my weight to 65kgs and since then it was swinging between 63-65kgs. Around mid of 2018, I got a severe throat infection, followed by sleepless nights, eating at erratic hours etc. This resulted in an increase in weight and it became 67.8; my triglycerides shot through the roof. I also have a family history of diabetes and hypertension. I was deeply stressed out during this time and started worrying about my long term well-being. I love my family and who doesn't. It was clear to me that I need to take care of myself with a holistic change in lifestyle altogether. "We can not serve from an empty vessel" - so, I was determined to lose the excess weight. During this critical phase of my life, I came across WQ Community and their holistic approach to wellness. I wholeheartedly grabbed the opportunity.

With my prior experience of going on a body weight rollercoaster, I realised I must make changes which I would be able to adopt for long term - starting from tracking calorie deficit, daily steps, yoga, my sleep timings and being concious about meal timings and nutrients. My WQ Coach guided me to make all the required changes. It was overwhelming for me to take out "me time" from the daily routine for at least the first two weeks but eventually it panned out well. It became part of my daily schedule. By the end of three months, I could lose the extra fat. My weight came down to 57.5kgs ; triglyceride value came down drastically ; my visceral fat ran down to 3.5. I maintained this body weight till October 2019. By November 2019, it further came down to 56.6kgs. Believe it or not, I have last been at this weight value when I was just 18 years old !!!

The most important aspect of this weight loss journey for me has been gaining muscle and the core body strength. It is a massive triumph for me and my family that I could overcome this health challenge and it has given me tremendous faith in WQ and its principles and practices such that now being a partner with WQ Community, I am willing to help many more in their quest to achieve their health goals.
