Getting rid of my PCOD troubles!

When Nibejita approached Wellness Quotient, she was 76 kg with a BMI of 28! And she had been diagnosed with PCOD.

'Wellness Quotient community has been a boon to me", says Disha. "I was guided by my brother, a WQ coach"

When Suyash saw his college senior posting about a weight loss challenge, it got him curious and he thought he would give it a shot.

"What happened thereafter is a complete makeover in my daily routine!", he says.

Fixed my health and became an inspiration for others!

Puspanjali is a housewife and mother of a growing kid. She had been suffering from chronic colds and stuffy nose for many years.

A role model for my daughter!

"I'm from a Bengali family and I'm a big-time foodie" is how Soumyadip would introduce himself!

Healthy weight loss that helped me to lead pain free life

The biggest fear for Jitendra to lose weight was to quit all the tasty food that he like!

So he decided to give it a try himself.

He started with rigorous gym and lost 10 kg. But after some time, he came back.

Found my new version!

For Deepali, being a young and energetic software engineer and working in Pune was exciting.

But staying away from home, eating outside food, with no focus on health, hectic work schedules and irregular eating timings started taking a toll on her health!

She didn't realize when her weight had reached 70 kg.

Freedom from extra weight and PCOD

Tanu - a homemaker from Aligarh - was very concerned about her health.

A case of improving PCOD with lifestyle changes!

Ramola was diagnosed with PCOD in January of 2019.

She did what most people do - started with medication after consulting the doctor!

But due to continued medication, side effects started coming up. They were increased hair fall, and severe indigestion while her weight shot up.

"I was wondering what else can I do!", recalls Ramola.

And that's when she decided to consult her brother, who happens to be a WQ coach.

Over the next few months and by making some healthy lifestyle changes, positive results started to show up.

Her monthly cycles became normal while her digestion and hair fall improved. "I also reduced from 91 kg to 78 kg", says a happy Ramola.

A list of health problems - gone!

"When Anshumika approached the Wellness Quotient community, she had a list of health problems!

She was overweight, had hypothyroidism, her cholesterol was off the charts and she had a case of PCOD.

A doctor's journey towards wellness!

"Doctors are often so busy helping others stay healthy that their own health takes a back seat!

And that's what happened with Dr. Prashant too, a pediatric surgeon from Pune.

"Being a surgeon, I had unpredictable timings, unplanned meals and junk food was frequent", says Dr. Prashant. "Skipping meals, overeating and late night dinner were normal."

In spite of this lifestyle, he always thought that he was healthy because he wasn't suffering from any disease!

But pretty soon he realized that this lifestyle is taking a toll on his health. He was at least 10 kg overweight with high visceral fat and high metabolic age!
