Happy to be downsized!

Sumantra's story might quite well be your story as well.

Foodie, sedentary lifestyle due to focus on office work, depending mostly on junk food, etc.

And Tanu is a testimony to that!

I feel like a kid again!

"You're too thin. You need to put on some weight" was a constant piece of advice Ryan would get as a child.

But little did he know that he will put on more than the required weight when he grows up!

It was not that Ryan would eat less as a kid. In fact he was a foodie and would do full justice to his mom's cooking.

The secret was that he led a very active life.

But when he shifted to Bangalore in his later years, due to a sedentary lifestyle and total inactivity, his weight skyrocketed from 56 kg to 82 kg!

Ryan's dad was diabetic and he had seen up close the issues long term obesity brings along. He wanted to do something about it.

Fortunately, he had help at home! His wife, who is also a WQ coach, started guiding him.

Within a few months, he could come from 82 kg to 72 kg but then his progress slowed down.

A few months later, Ryan was 63 kg!

Not only that, Ryan's HbA1c report now reads 5.1, which was earlier 5.7. His cholesterol levels have also normalized.

Health comes as a package!

Arvind didn't want to take lifelong medicines for his hypothyroidism.

I was unfit, and I didn't know about it!

Neeraj always thought he was fit since he was eating homemade food.

"But a photo taken just before the second lockdown was a reality check moment for me!", recalls Neeraj. "I had a potbelly and chubby face and was diagnosed pre-diabetic."

Issues since college days, finally relieved!

Harpreet was diagnosed with PCOD back in her college days.

Choosing health for myself!

Sayantan is a health enthusiast today. But it was not so always!

Eat and get thin!

Ajay was apprehensive that he could lose weight and sustain it.

Reason: he had lost 20 kg in college with crash diets, only to realise that he eventually gained it all back!
